We earned this position by being furthest on completeness of vision and highest on the ability to execute axes in the 2021 Magic Quadrant report.

Let’s take a deeper look at the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Mobility Services, Global and what the report says about the current state of the MMS market.

What Gartner Has to Say About the MMS Market

The Gartner Magic Quadrant is a culmination of research that not only provides a wide-angle overview of all key players in a particular marketplace but also provides valuable insights into an industry. We also consider the Magic Quadrant report an excellent resource for evaluating MMS providers and understanding which services you should be looking for.

In their analysis, Gartner identified five core features of the current MMS market:

  • A Strong Logistics Requirement
  • More Focus on Automation and Security
  • In 2020, Pricing of MMS Varied Greatly
  • Still No Dominant Provider Type
  • Objectives, Buying Behavior and Satisfaction

Many of these features were driven by enterprises’ need to ensure that their corporate-liable mobile devices are “operationally effective and managed at a competitive price,” according to Gartner. The unprecedented increase in remote working due to the COVID-19 pandemic has also influenced the MMS market, mainly increasing the need for robust logistics.
